Other topics

1. Find the original sale

Open the saved sale and review its items, paid amount and original fiscal references. Select a full return, specific items or the applicable recording-mistake action. Saved quantities, prices, discounts and VAT provide the correction basis.

2. Record the correction

Review the affected quantities and complete the required explanation and approval for this shop. The system creates a separate correction with a COR reference. For a recording mistake, enter the correct replacement sale through the normal flow.

3. Record money actually returned

A correction does not itself send a terminal refund. Record an actual cash payout or the completed bank/provider refund with the required evidence. A pending payout must not be reported as cash already removed from the drawer.

4. Review the kitchen and stock consequences

Use the original order number when notifying the kitchen. Stock restoration is off by default so prepared food is not automatically returned to inventory. Review any explicit cancellation-copy action before printing another paper.

Important: the original fiscal receipt remains

The original approved payment and issued Posnet receipt remain in history. The correction does not erase fiscal memory, rewrite the original receipt or issue a negative fiscal receipt. Follow the business’s required correction records with the responsible administrator.
